Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and include free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging you.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch within 1 to 3 business days and to deliver within 8 to 15 business days. If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements may vary slightly between units.

Safe use, and this part matters

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with any product you buy from us, and use your judgement.

Some of the products we sell, including pet grooming slings, suspend an animal off the ground. Where that applies:

Never leave an animal unattended in the sling.

Hang it only from a fixture you are certain will hold the weight, and check the hooks are seated before you let go.

Stop immediately if your animal is distressed, struggling hard, or having any difficulty breathing.

If your dog is too heavy for the hooks to hold safely, do not use the hooks. Have a second person hold the sling instead.

Do not use the sling on an animal that is injured, pregnant, elderly and frail, or that has a respiratory or joint condition, without asking your vet first.

Nail clippers and any other cutting tools are sharp. Keep them away from children. If you cut into the quick and bleeding does not stop, contact your vet.

You are responsible for supervising your animal at all times while using our products.

Not veterinary advice

Anything we publish about grooming, nails or animal handling is general information, not veterinary advice. If your animal has a health problem, ask your vet.

Your legal rights come first

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any right you have under any consumer protection law that applies to you. That includes the legal warranty that a product must be fit for its purpose and last a reasonable length of time. Where anything written here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the section above, and to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this store is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations and design on this store belong to us. Please do not copy or republish them without our permission.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Do not use this store to break the law, to attack the site, or to scrape it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we are established. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
